Um, well I'd like to look into having some Facial and body moles removed. I wonder how much that costs? Unless they are Cancerous I'm sure I'd have to pay outta my own pocket. Other than that I can't think of any other things I would like added or removed to my body.

My opinion of cosmetic surgury begins and ends with "fake tits are ugly".
There's a nasty scar from my appendectomy 6 years ago, so I guess if it were possible I'd get rid of it.
Though I happen to think it adds character.
Cosmetic surgery definitely has some positive benefits to it, but it's been cheapened by far too many people getting whatever the fuck they want done for no real reason. MTV's new show "I Want a Famous Face" has people who personify this usage of it.
But you know, I would like my hairline back....

i wouldn't get anything, because it looks aweful just as often as it looks good. But i guess if were considering it I'd think about getting my nose straightened or fixing up my teeth.
I generally don't see a thing wrong with it. Whenever time takes its toll, I can't blame someone for wanting to get rid of wrinkles and other age signs. Scar removal is another good use. Where's the line? Well, it should not be used to try to look like a famous person.
One guy on Extreme Makeover had lost quite a bit of his hair, but the transplants he underwent yielded some nice results- once they kicked in, you couldn't tell that he had been going bald. If I were "pwn3d by genetics", I'd go the same route.
