I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but for the past couple of months I've noticed that my hands shake a lot in a lot of random situations. Or maybe not so random, because if I were to try and hold my hand up flat it would either start shaking or my fingers would start twitching. It's a little freaky, but I can live with that. When it starts to affect me and my daily life, errr..thats a different story.
I notice it at work a lot. At least once a day when I go to hand someone their hand or something my hand just starts shaking out of nowhere and I can't really calm it. It's not that I'm nervous or anything like that, I'm sure of it. I know when I'm nervous and when I am, my hands, nor body ever shake.
Tonight I setup a time and place to go to a LAN center to meet up with some of the local Unreal 2004 players and go a few rounds. After I got off the phone with the manager of the place, I decided to get some more practice in before I go to sleep. Everytime I went to aim something, if it wasn't in a thick crowd that required fast movements, my hands would start shaking, making an across map lightning gun pick near impossible. I have NEVER had this problem before which is a little frightening. I don't get nervous when I play and it's not like it meant anything. I just feel as if it's getting worse.
Sooooo...Does anyone else have this problem, and if so is there any way to alliviate it for the time being without resorting to our good friend diazepam? I tried to do a search on WebMD but I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. Apparantly only people over 60 years of age have this problem :(
