I just bit the bullet and went to the official SCPT website, and I was excited before about the online play, but now I won't be able to sleep, has anyone seen the movies with the merc's motion sensor visor? This co-op is going to 0wnz0r. I might have to skip out on a few bills this month to pick this game up.
I haven't anticipated a game this much since...well, hell, probably since Vice City.
I'll be on tonight if anybody sees me toss an invite.

How far do these levels go anyway? In six months is there going to be level 24 people playing against level 16? It's going to ruin the fucking game, the point hit taken when you lose to such a lower level is going to cause all sorts of dropping.
This game is really cool. I just played last night for the first time. Thanks to my man JM(Latro) for taking the time to show me the ropes. If not for that, I would have gotten my ass kicked even worse.

Cameras are really useful in some maps and not so much in others. They're pretty effective in Warehouse.

i really don't like playing the game with random players, so i only join when i see several friends online. the asshole ratio is much higher than in rainbow six 3. or maybe it's just more apparent, considering that coordinated teamplay is required.
Yeah. This multiplayer is probably my second or third fav multliplayer ever with a good teammate. ( Battlefield 1942 w/ 64 players, Halo CTF with 16, other top three candidates ), but with a bad teammate, or someone who leaves in the middle of a match, it's less fun than Gyromite co-op.

if there's anything that rainbow six 3 taught me, it's that ubisoft will patch the game when it's broken. it may take a while (microsoft's content approval process is a bitch,) but it'll happen.

This is the funnest online game so far till Halo 2 of coarse, whenever you have 3 other friends on. I hate playing this game with people that aren't on my friends list.
Yeah, I really love this game when playing with friends. I still don't know if I prefer this or Ghost Recon. I love them both for the same reason, the sneaking around and trying to get the drop on your foe game play. I hope Halo 2 is half as fun as this game.

question: what does the magnetic seal switch do in the bank? i hacked it as a spy, but couldn't figure out what happened.
edit: it screws up the emp vision for the mercs. but only in the first area. it would be more useful in the second (much darker,) area.
