Sorry guys I got on the phone with my service and explained to them about my dropping problem. They supposedly opened up my port on my DSL. I got back on and everyone was gone but Dave so I joined him in Broken Tampon and had no more problems dropping.

Hahahahahaa, That's right! Actually, I'm thinking about digging out my Sega CD and FINALLY playing Snatcher. I've only had it for like 2 years now and still never played it.

The surgery is on Thursday but thanks for the kind words I'll be posting as soon as I'm able to.

Dave, I'm supposed to jump on tonight with ZigZag so if no one else is getting on we can have a rematch with you and Chocobot. It was a pretty balanced event last time.

Do any of you guys have problems with speeds dropping from your modems? Mine fuckin will drop from 2.8 to 1.6 on download for no reason. I understand trafficking but It never goes back up after a long period of time till I reset my modem then it's fine again. I upgraded to host better games but if I keep losing speed and losing connection during games why keep the upgrade. This sucks, anyone have any advice? :\

Brad, I was thinking about your problem and it can really only be 2 things. It's either a shitty service which you really can't do shit about or it is the cable/wire that's shit. I suggest that you ask them to take a good look at your line. They are responsible for the line all the way to your house so that won't cost you shit. If they don't find anything I suggest rewiring your house. Although it is a pain in the ass, it is the only way to fix a wire problem in your house. If you need any cable on the really cheap(free) let a brother know, I can hook you up. ;)

It's a phone line due to the DSL. I never had this problem before till I upgraded. They can check my broadband from the main office which I had them do. I make my on Ethernet cables from Cat 5 at work so I know those are good. Maybe I'll change my phone line from my jack to my modem do you think that might be it?

Yeah, that is what I was refering to. You're old wires from the point your phone lines enter the house to the DSL modem.

We're on at least two times a week, send me an invite sometime and I'll teach you some stuff. The controls are different than in single player, and map memorization is key, so if you get a chance go to 'Visit a Map' under the tutorials and learn some maps.

We usually jump on around 9 eastern. We already have a full house tonight, but there are plenty of nights when there are just a couple of us on so keep an eye out.

You should also go to the "visit a map" feature in the multiplayer area. The thing that seperates the men from the boys in this game is knowing your way around the maps. The regulars here on TNL(Jed,Brad,Dave,Soundwave,myself) are quite good and if you get on not really knowing what is where, you're going to get really frustrated. Again, make sure to hit the visit a map feature and if you're feeling up to it, jump on a non ranked, low level game and get your feet wet. You will thank me for it later,trust me.

I tried to do as you suggested (try a low-level unranked game), but ended up in a 3-on-1 in the Warehouse as a merc against three stoner retards playing spies. They set up the startup room so there was only one unlocked door.

Not an experience I hope to repeat.

That is the worst part about this game. When you have to play with people just randomly, it usually is a bad experience. Be sure to send all of us an invite. The usual crew here are all very cool and I'm sure they would be willing to show you a few things.

Deathmatch is a great warm up if you only have three in a room. Also if you a noob at the online play it helps you get your motion detector skills down as Merc and learn how to sticky cam and grab necks as a Spy :D. Could have used some practice after last nights ass whoopin.

I've had Pandora Tomorrow for like three weeks and have yet to play it. Anyone want to show me (and sleeveboy) the ropes sometime when it comes to online play? I hear that it's real unfriendly to newbies.

Yeah, It has a steep learning curve and learning the level layouts are key. Get used to the buttons as a merc and a spy so when you start getting shot at you don't choke and hit the wrong buttons. Besides that, if you ever see us a couple of us on(I'm sure I speak for all the regulars) we'd be glad to show you guys the ropes. It would be a lot better if the 2 of you could jump on together, that way it would balance out the teams. Dave and I have done this in the past and it works pretty well with 2 noobs. Remember, the visit a map feature is your friend. It can suck playing by yourself to learn the levels but its help is incontrovertible.

Horse Pistol. The one map that is always hard for me. The crazy thing is I was having a great night, and I still did overall but on that map I never seen a spy the whole time. Justin just kept asking me what area I was going to cover then blam the decontamination started. I would try to make my way to the room and then another would start. It was very frustrating :( :( :( . Good playing Latro, Jed, and Joe.

Yeah, it was the Hospital. It is amazing that it was only 2 minutes when you think about the fact that there is 30 seconds of neutralizing that has to take place.

You don't suck you just don't dedicate the time in one single online game like the rest of us PD players do. We all play other games as well before it's time to get on to play Pandora, we just choose that game over all other games because of the heavy competition we have with one another. Even after Halo 2 comes out we will still take a break from that time to time to play Pandora. The online play really sucks because of the cheating unless you play with people you know and TNL'Rs. :). Seems like we have enough people to make 2 rooms out of it now. If you new guys just post a time like sleeve boy did and everyone agree on a time to stay on then there would be enough people for another room. What happens a lot is one room fills up really fast and everyone that gets on after that sees that there is no joinable games and they get back offline instead of setting up a room and just waiting around a few minutes.

All true. When Pandora first released, I (and epmode, hiro, etc.) played constantly and I was decent. But, not remembering the maps is fatal, plus I've really lost the fast reactions (weapon/gadet sqwitching) you need when you get into a tight spot -- which, for me, occurs right after the title screen appears.

Still, this remains probably the single greatest Live title to date. Genius.

I freakin lucked out, I didn't "preorder" it either, but the guy at gamestop let me reserve it yesterday morning, so I scored! I think you'll be pleased, it should be a great game to play in your current condition. Ill be looking for some necks to snap Thursday night, so if everybody can put down the crack pipe that is Fable, its on!!

Crack!?!!?!?! I need more crack!!!! Hahahhahaaha, I could have gotten a copy yesterday but my mandatory union school started last night so my time to run around was limited. I was able to score a copy this morning and it really is bad ass. The music is fucking perfect, it keeps blowing me away. I'll be on Thursday night to whip some ass. Any other bitches?
