I found out that Death Cab for Cutie (hopefully will not play anything thats not on 'The Facts are In, And We're Voting Yes' and Tim Robbins' (play something off of Shawshank!) band are opening. Hopefully it'll make up for a headlining act that I really dont care to see. (again, third time, woo)

Sounds good to me Star Wars or PD? Hiro do you have the original of Doolittle? My copy was made up of tracks off of Napster a long time ago so I don't think the track list will pop up. So Dave tells me in the previous map that we're gonna go for the record in the Hospital. So when it's our turn as spies in the Hospital I rush to 116, smoke the entrance and start hacking while Dave rushes 202 and starts hacking as well. I stop mine around 4 seconds in cause I know someones coming. A grenade flies by me and Jed rushes through the smoke and chucks another grenade--I swing back around and break his neck--Dave gets killed by Brad right after so I finish hacking 116 and run to 102 and manage to finish it before I get killed. Dave has had enough time to respawn and get back to 202 and finish that.

I got bored at work the other day, I'm actually working on some other Splinter Cell shit using old sprites too, definitely a spy, and maybe an animated gif of a merc flashing his light on a spy thats on the ground for my sig. Let me know if you find any decent animated gif programs, I've never really dealt with them. I'm taking requests, if you want to see King Hippo teabag Piston Honda or something.

The one is really easy to use, but you can't resize a GIF which is a pain. I think it's only a viewer and not a creator. I just started looking into the other one and it looks a bit more complex, but they have tutorials on the website to walk you through basic GIF creation so I might give that a go. It's called GIMP. Let me know if you have any success with it.

And the maps themselves have dynamic elements (a trend started in the downloadable Pandora maps "River Mall" and "Bank"), such as combustible floors and gas-filed, pressurized hallways of death.

For the spies, cooperative moves have been included, such as the boost and human-ladder actions. Borrowing from Chaos Theory, you can be hanging from a ledge, yank a merc over it, and send him falling to his death if you time it right. New items include a heartbeat detector (picks up friends and foes)and, coolest of all, a thermal-camoflage suit that grants you temporary invisibility, Predator style.

Mercs have been given an even larger overhaul in an effort to better balance the game. In the equipment roster, the phosphorus grenades have been dropped. New to the fold are a backpack that holds extra gadgets, a gas mask that provides ten seconds of anti smoke grenade protection, poison mines, and a camera network that lets you set up electronic eyes all over the level. On the weapons front, you will now have the option of taking a shotgun or Uzi instead of the regular rifle.

By far the biggest equalizer , though is the mercs' new melee "grab". Just as before , mercs can swing the butt of their weapon at spies. In Chaos Theory, however, a square hit will knock the spy to the ground, and pressing the A button will put your foot on his neck, where you're free to vocally taunt your opponent before letting him pass out or stomping your foot down for the kill. Theres alot more, but it's pretty much about the co-op multiplayer and the single player. There's also a picture of a spy pulling a merc over the railing in the magazine. I dont know about the whole Uzi, shotgun, or rifle choice. I kind of like having a standard equipment, but I'm sure Ubisoft wont let us down. Who knows what will and wont get cut, this feature was written when the game was still on for November.

I'm glad they're including the move where you can pull the merc over a railing, I end up in situations where that would be handy on the Mall map all the fucking time.

The game disc on the new OXM has Kingdom Under Fire on it. It's pretty fun, but without 2 v. 2 I cant see myself buying

Yeah, it looks a little weird, the laser doesnt even hit the wall where the spotlight does. That would be cheap if it allows both to be used at the same time, unless they did away with the sound detector altogether, which would suck. Theres a lag glitch in Pandora that allows you to use both, its happened to me a few times.

I was reading a bit about the co-op mode and it sounds bad ass. It says that you have to wisper to your teammate so people don't hear you speaking. It also says that your teammate can give you away if he talks to loudly to you. That sounds really good and if it comes out half as good as it sounds it's going to kick ass.

I'll get on around 600 central right after the Saints game :D Co-op does sound really cool It just wasn't enough by itself along with the single player to pick up the game. Sounds great. My wife can cook her ass off, but she definitely Americanizes Italian meals. Now her Grandmother on the other hand, DAMN! That woman makes THE MOST amazing sauce on the fucking planet. Holy fuck is it annoying to play this game with random people.

I think I had FIVE partners in a row try to teleport and either die miserably or drop out of the game.

On the upside, I think I'm starting to get the hang of this. It's a slow but rewarding learning process.

When Jed said I looked like the queer guy from Reno 911 and put his picture in an avatar I new it was time to get revenge. So I went all the way back to High School days and found the elf, whom we used to say STRONGLY resembled Jed when his hair was exactley like that :lol: :lol: :lol: .
