It sounds good to me, but it could do bad as well. You can never tell what the government is going to do but from what I've seen over the past few years the Supreme Court is a fairly corrupt part of our government.
Unconstitutional...
Congress is considered an inferior court so it may not overturn a decision made by the Supreme Court.Quote:
Article III
Section. 1.
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
No more corrupt than any other part, and they seem to do a little better overall than Congress does. I'd rather keep things as they are over rewriting the governmental makeup of our country, thanks.

Such a change would require a constitutional amendment.
Anyone who calls the Court "corrupt" but puts his faith in either of the other branches should have his keyboard taken away.
What about laws that are passed silently?
This is a really big power struggle trying to work outside of the system. On the one hand, it's constitutionality won't matter if congress can decide constitutionality, but on the other hand it's not an actual restructuring of the legal system, and it's not a constitutional amendment, so I'm not sure who the fuck would enforce it.
Anyway, this is seriously downright frightening and would totally remove any sense of protection afforded to the people of this country. Seriously, I'm not one for generalizations, but if you support this you are a moron or a nazi, and your 5th grade civics teacher should be shot.
More importantly, what about the gas that is passed silently?!Quote:
