The small guy Pedro is holding up is a 32 year old Dominican named Nelson. Greatest baseball team ever.

7 - 2 Astros, still in the bottom of the 6th.. we've scored 3 this inning with 2 outs. Jawsome.

Astros win 8 - 5.. have a 2-1 lead in the series. Clemens gets the ball tomorrow! Die Braves!!!
Yea, I heard about it a lot on ESPN Radio during my road trip... Pedro brought in the world's 3rd shortest person after his "daddy" outing against the Yankes as a good luck charm of sorts. So they got the world's 3rd shortest person in the clubhouse and Jesus Christ in center field.
Seriously, you gotta love this Red Sox team. Last year, when they all shaved their heads, was just the beginning.
Woohah, Red Sox v Yanks.
It's amazing, eh, how one player's stock (A-Rod's) can go from worthless to heroic in a 5 game playoff series.
Seems there's been a slight change of plans.Quote:

Greatest underdog win possibly ever - Goran Ivanisevic winning Wimbledon after entering on a Wild Card in five sets, extra games. And he was the only guy I rooted for in tennis. Now that he's retired, and Todd Martin: Perpetual Underdog has retired, there's nothing left in the sport for me.
Some sad but interesting news regarding the Yanks' pitching.
Two relatives of Mariano Rivera's were electricuted while cleaning Rivera's pool. Today Rivera flew back to the Dominican or wherever he's from to console them. It's unclear how long he'll be down there, but he could easily miss a game or two (series starts Tuesday).
Also, during the Yankees' post game 4 celebration, Felix Heredia was hit in the eye by a flying champagne cork. I don't know anything else about that.
Looks like Flash will be getting the bulk of the work.
Is it possible for both the Yankees and Boston to lose and not win The US-Canadian Series?
Yes. If they all die.
