God the yankee's disgust me.
Its a good thing I've resigned to listen to this on WEEI, if I have to hear Tim Mcarver say how calm and beautiful Derek Jeter's eyes are one more time, I'd kill myself.
Also I'm 50/50 right now, but the optimism is gone, looks line another boring world series.

I know you guys don't care, but Astros are in the same pinch as the Sox, however, we haven't pitched Clemens or Oswalt in this series yet, Backe will be Backe in game 5. Prediction = Cards in 7. I want Astros in as few games possible. We don't have the pitching depth to go a full series each fucking round, but if they do pull it out it will be in the 7th game. Shame.
I have faith that the Astros can easily come back and possibly go back to St. Louis up 3 games to 2. Now with Clemens and Oswalt pitching on regular rest I expect huge games from them. Backe is developing into an intense pitcher...I really like his stuff. I expect a good start from him as well.
Carlos Beltran is unbelievable. For each postseason homerun he hits his value goes up ..and up... and up. He'll pretty much be available only to the Yankees during the offseason which sucks big time. I mean really..why should any other team offer him a deal when they know the Yanks will top it no matter what. The Yanks might as well have the contract ready to go once the World Series concludes.
