at the end of the guide, there's an interview with atlus built from questions posted on various message boards. there's even a question from RedCoKid. i assume it's our one and only?

If this is anything like their Phantom Brave guide (which it sounds like it is), this is a MUST OWN.Quote:

Take note Prima, please.
The reason the poster was a poster and not in the art section is because Tim, the main man behind doublejump, didn't even know it existed until the guide had already been finished and published, but when he saw it he really wanted to include it.
Do you know if Doublejump is planning on doing any other guides in the near future?Quote:

Seriously, after that Phantom Brave guide, I don't think I can ever go back to a shitty Prima guide again. I wish Doublejump got the guide to Star Ocean 3 =/
By the way, Gamestop still says this is coming out October 5th, which is weird that they haven't updated with only 3 days left =/
I take it the Brady guide = shit. I almost grabbed it, and then saw the design looked much like the FFX guide, which has to be one of the worst print guides I've run across.Quote:

As far as I know, there's just the Prima guide.Quote:

And yea, the Star Ocean 3 guide is big on pictures, little on actual useful information and explanations.
Only good Prima guide I can think of in recent memory is the SF Anniversary Collection guide.
I believe it was Mastiff who chose Prima. Doublejump was more than willing to do the guide for La Pucelle. It'll probably be that way until people actually stop buying Prima guides, no matter how bad they are.
I thought only Brady made the guides for them...Quote:
