No, Alfred Hitchcock was the master. Tarintino simply lifted it from him.Quote:

Can anyone make out or whoever has the script, the first kid in the classroom's name?
EDIT: It's not in the script, just Melanie Harrhouse
The second kids' last name is Whorehouse, but I can't make out the boys' name. Marty Grocerher? MyDick GrowsHard?
About leaving Elle alive. Maybe there was a snake in the theatre it was taped in(shitty vcd), but it sounds like the snake is attacking Elle right when B leaves.
I wish Bill and The Bride had the fight on the beach that he mentioned. Would have been like the duel at Ganryu Island at the end of the Samurai Trilogy. The final 30 minutes of the movie were extremely dissapointing. The conversation between the two at the church was much better than the conversation at the end.
Besides that it was stellar, just like vol 1. I think I like vol 1 better because it had more memorable moments
Just saw this tonight and personally I thought it was a great film, would like to see both back to back at some point though. I guess I'll be waiting for the final version of whatever Kill Bill DVD there is to come out.
Oh, and just because I've yet to see anyone else mention it, I stayed until after the credits and you get a little outtake of Uma and the eye plucking scene from Vol. 1. Basically she does the pluck, Cut! is called and she goes 'Can I do that again?!' all happy. Not really worth the wait.
I wonder if the final DVD editions will be uncut--this really sucks! I will probably have to wait like a year and a half to get the ultimate editions of these fucking movies. God I hate Miramax.
No one can ever come close to how much he added to the movie industry, damn straight he is the master.Quote:

Wasn't that "duel" at Ganryu island just Musashi rushing up to Kojiro, striking him once, then leaving?Quote:

great, great movie. if the 2 were kept as 1 movie, it'd probably be my favorite movie of all time, but separated, the balance between action and dialogue isn't as good.
Also, what was the point in keeping the brides name a secret up untill that point? Unless i'm missing something, it seemed pointless.
No. That's a tired cliche Tarantino thankfully avoided.Quote:
