Jubilee was also in the first movie, played by the same actress I think, just in a classroom shot. She'll probably just get a cameo in X3 as well, sadly.

These guys report that the Angel gender rumors were bogus.

I guess this will be the first movie where the mutants have more obvious physical mutations: Beast being blue and furry, Angels wings, and their more abstract powers, like Beasts monkey-like abilities, Angels flight, which has the potential to look very awkward (Storm never really flew in the first film, there was one scene but that was more like riding a gust of wind and it did look really awkward.) It seems like they were trying to avoid it in the first two movies as it is dangerous territory for the audience, it’ll be difficult to pull off and make look real. The audience has an easier time believing that a mutant can have claws, eyebeams, psychic powers, and control over weather than they could for a pair of mutant furries. Hell, maybe we’ll get treated to a scene with the REAL Iceman, but I doubt they’ll go that far. :( Still, color me excited.
Uhhh, X-2 had Nightcrawler. If he's not outwardly different and freaky looking, then I dont know what mutant is.
Not to mention Mystique...and Toad.
Gambit, not a major character? Boo. Dump Angel and beef up Gambit's role.
