They actually set up his return earlier in the movie. When he is teaching class he is talking about the ethics of putting the healthy consciousness of a man with a broken/no body into the body of a man with no mind. Obviously though his body disintegrated he was strong-willed enough to preserve his consciousness and inhabit the body of another person.Quote:

The more I think about this movie the more I kind of enjoy it, it's weird. I still dislike the way Juggernaut was designed (aesthetic wise) but now that we know there'll be more of them and that none of these characters actually died or were cured I seem to enjoy it a bit more.
