I have mixed feelings on this one, but if DRM for the music get's laxed enough to for me to make a variety of custom playlists for my CD's, allow for use of more platforms (like Linux) and have descent quality sound, then I think that a slightly higher price wouldn't be too bad.

I will not condone anything, if you're really that good, people are going to buy your CD otherwise. Piracy is fine until they make you want the real thing, then you're screwed.
