It would if i said it was ok to kill ugly animals but i didn't say that now did i. I disagree with anyone who kills any animal just for the sport of it.

NOTE: (Updated 03/09/04) Don't kill harp seals - it's not cool, or nice, or funny, and most importantly, it makes Jesus cry. Jesus Hernandez, that is, he's a guy I did some computer consulting for and he really loves harp seals.

I’m not one to say we shouldn’t kill animals, saying that would be hypocritical… I’m just against the needless slaughter and inhuman ways some go about killing these animals that is all. If there is a valid enough reason to hunt or kill an animal fine, but for cheap thrills or for some kind of power rush that is utter nonsense.

Most seal hunters do it for the money, not the sport. Seals are a valuable economic resource, and most of the people in that area are not very well off.
