Damn... where's my old cat avatar when I need it?

I never did understand what the Magical Moron Club was about. I think it had something to do with a moderator inflicting that cat with the Magical Moron logo on people, making it their avatar without their permission. Care to guess how hard and fast his ass was fired?

THATS what it was.

Good ol' Kenshin. That whole thing went down during a hiatus of mine from TNL and was almost entirely in FC, which I didn't visit at all back then so I pretty much missed it. IIRC he was taking things a lot more seriously than he should've been (i.e. not at all) and started messing around with people's avs and the MMC. Then came the anti-MMC group who also had cat avatars which included things like two kittens fighting and labelled "Petty Internet Argument Committee" (which I still have saved somewhere on my HD).

I ended up reading the whole thing somehow, it was either kept by someone or was on an internet archival site. Either way it needs to end up in the Teaching Newbies thread.

How do you get fired when you aren't getting paid, and what you do is totally on a volunteer basis?
