Just looked at the image guidelines in the FAQ, and though I'm not sure what was in that picture I can take a guess.
In California they just discovered there's not one single law against necrophilia on the books. They caught a guy screwing a corpse, and though they got him on a few things they didn't nail him for having sex with a dead human body because it turns out it isn't illegal. My guess is that nobody ever really thought about passing a law against something that's so blatantly, obviously wrong.
I really don't have to explain what that has to do with this, do I?
