Anyone who honestly believes that man was decapitated as a retalitory act for the treatment of the Iraqi or Afghani prisoners is naive and too trusting of our own government. The first time I heard about the tape being released of the decapitation my reaction wasn't "How terrible", but "How convienient". Now Bush has a bloodlust in the American public that will not only excuse the first batch pictures released, it will keep the rest from coming out, and give voters a reason to put him in office in September, so he can kill more people. The man is a criminal, I hope any of you with a hope for the future of this country will realize this and PLEASE DONT VOTE FOR HIM. The dude was a murderer when he was Governor of Texas, and he still is. Again. PLEASE DONT VOTE FOR BUSH. Thank you.

another thing my Arabic friend brought up the point that the men are not speaking in Iraqi dialect or accent, nor is the supposed Zarqawi speaking in a Jordanian accent, he says it sounds like American born Arabs speaking Arabic....

with that said, i think fundamentalism of any kind is harmful, but it is basic human nature (fundametalism is evident on this message board, mine is better than yours, you should think like me, etc, etc), and in many ways Bush and his cabinet are fundamentalists of another kind, lets not foret they have no problem sacrificing "our" lives for what "they" believe, and they will "lie" and 'kill" to get what they want....how different are they then from "terrorists," it the same shit ,different toilet. this war in iraq had NOTHING to do with the safety of you or I, its "their" war for who knows what...lets not forget this. we killed iraqi civilians for something that had nothing to do with...how innocent are we. this whole situatuion is bullshit.
Last time I heard the Jessica Lynch story she had been raped and badly beaten and some of the men captured with her were executed. Not saying that Muslims are monsters but if you fail to see the evil in the people we're currently fighting (most of them anyway) you need to look a little bit deeper.

The fact is that there is no justice in this fiasco. The Bush administration is trying to force democracy on a people who clearly couldn't give a damn what westerners think is best.
