Kuma hasn't played like Jack since maybe Tekken 2, and even then he had a few key differences.
However, T5 really adds a lot of variations between the characters. It's like how back in the day Ken and Ryu were identical, but they slowly started making them different. Now, Wang plays way different that the Changs, Lee is nothing like Law, etc.
And technically, Kumas been around a lot longer than Gunjack. Kuma was in T1, Gunjack didn't show up until T3. Jack, P-Jack, and Jack-2 were around earlier though.
Yeah. The walk from Sullivan Square isn't that bad at all so taking the bus would be a big waste. Heard they put some new games in... Should make a trip there one day...Quote:

There are vids showcasing Wang's, Bruce's, and Kuma's new attacks at TZ. Good stuff. Bruce is seriously everything that he should have been in the first place now, and he is so far removed from Bryan at this point, that I almost wish this game was a tag game.
Bruces knees don't come after the 3,2,1 string anymore. It's like a whole new game.
Last week I saw that our mall's Time Out had gotten Tekken 5. I was surprised they set it to 2 tokens instead of 3. Matches against other players take 3 rounds to win on this one.
If the controls are screwed, I'll be taking my Namco stick there to plug into it.
I've been bringing my stick to the arcade, and actually getting a bit of play time in.
I've determined that it's impossible to get tired of the "Moonlit Wilderness" stage.
I got some T5 playtime in today. My favorite stage and BGM would be the Burning Temple (there's some music Namco should consider for a Taiko Drum Master 2).
My best time attack record is a 3'50"xx using Kazuya. Jinpachi's fire attack is a bitch, since it takes away HALF your life in one hit. Aside from that he's fairly easy if you keep close.
Some people did use their PS pads, but I found the stick to be fine. I've heard of one guy bringing a 5 pound homemade stick to hook into a T5 cabinet (not at my location though).
Damn, this game is so hot. So is my terrible record. Rumor has it that new time release is devil jin, combot (whatever the fuck his name is), and ganryu.
As a Lee player, that should be your least favorite stage (tied with the penguin level). Lee LOVES walls! Whenever I play against a Lee player, I make sure to pick Moonlight or Penguin stage.Quote:
