Crappiest major announcement since teh megaton.
Well, it'll probably do decent sales-wise, and may turn out to be a great game. Certainly not an Earth-shattering announcement, but you never know how the industry will work. Remember GTA III had no hype coming into it, and we all know how that turned out.
