My 500 mhz is just a little too slow for the 1.7ghz minimum requirement.... man this thing is a dinosaur... Good thing I'm building a new one soon.

All the servers hosting it that I can find are full and EA's link off the BF2 site leads to nothing. Oh well.

Try getting a program called TrueDownloader from Sourceforge, then click one of the Gamespot links. I got ~400KB/sec

I'm downloading it off Filerush. So far so good, but very slow. Can't wait, should be awesome.

No. As in the servers are all at full capacity, and you can't even connect to them. I connected to download.com, but once I finished the download, for some reason the zip file was corrupt. Now I'm trying to reconnect in hopes that it doesn't happen again.
