For better or for worse I'm out of here in 3 weeks for Parris Island, SC. However at the time being I'm busy with moving and I'm going away with some friends in 2 weeks and may not be able to get on the computer after I get back (one day to chill then away I go). The purpose of me making this thread was to get ahold of some of your addresses if you so wish to give them. Leave them in the thread or PM them to me and I'll try to drop you a letter or two while I'm away.

One of my best friends went through boot camp (he's in the Marines) and that's what he told me. It was the hardest thing he's even done, but he made out alright and loves it (he's got 2 years left now). I saw him in Feb and he's fucking huge, his biceps were like fucking tree trunks. Hope you've been training, and if not start running everywhere you go from now on.

My good friend Sanford (a Marine) called from Afghanistan yesterday to bitch at my brother (my brother enlisted with him, but ducked out). The phone went out after five minutes, so I didn't get to talk much, but he seems to actually be enjoying himself over there.
I wrote him a few times while he was in training since he doesn't really talk to anyone else. His parents aren't on speaking terms with the guy, and at the time my brother was too occupied with his stupid girlfriend. He didn't seem to hate training, surprisingly.
