Name the sportsmanship in the EPL then.

For every one time you tell me of Dicanio grabbing the ball and not shooting on an open net when the goalie was down, I can name 10 refree pushes, 2 cleated tackles, intentional elblows to the head, malicious tackles, jumping taunting by a certain London team and blatant dives.

This goes on with every team in the EPL, just as any other league.

There are bound to be dodgy incidents, this doesn't mean there is no sportsmanship at all. I watch all the Arsenal games and the odd random EPL game and things are not nearly as dire as you make out. If you want genuinely awful sportsmanship look no further than Roy Keane.

As for monkey versus horse, that was the single best moment in football ever :lol:

1. I can't be arsed.

2. Even if I could, I can barely remember matches in such precise detail. Bad acts are always going to stand out more than good ones though as they (bad acts that is) don't occur as often and the press prefer to focus on these.

Diving can get pretty bad in the EPL but it's worse abroad.

LOL! Yep, we can agree on something! :D It must be hard for the Mancs having to accept that the best teams in the country are from the South.

Apart from the England V France game I will enjoy watching the likes of Zidane & Trezuget (SP?). As long as they don't blow it of course. ;)
