But... Anyone know of a place that can mod PSones? I heard of a few people that can do it...

Off to Funcoland I go. Time to buy a PoS 2 (Ha! I still think that's funny :)). Seriously though, time to buy one. Heck I already have a PlayStation but I can't pass up a $50 PS one either. My main game room has a floor that won't stand up to DDR now that I have moved, and I haven't played in a while. A second PS in the basement should take care of that.

This should be interesting though. With all the living consoles of this generation at the same price, who will get the sales. This will be very interesting indeed.

And a $200 Xbox is looking VERY tempting indeed.
Damn... I wish the PSOne + LCD combo was dropped to $100. I'd pick one up in an instant, as it'd be great to have for my trip.
I'm kind of surprised to see Sony drop the price at this point, but I guess they wanted to snub their noses at MS and make the Xbox price drop seem less special.
The PS2 was already outselling the GC and Xbox combined at $300. Now that it's cheaper, it's sure as hell not gonna sell any worse.Quote:
