The Brew Thread

Just curious who all out there enjoys a nice cold one or the traditional europeon room temperature brew. What's your favorite micro brews, imports, or domestic. I love to play xbox live while sipping on some Fat Tire, Redhook, or what ever other tastey beverage I can pick up at the market. Let's here some of your imput on your favorite brews.

I believe there is a long thread devoted to this allready...but I really dont have a favorite beer. I drink my local Point varaties mainly. There is a lot of beer in Wisconsin.

That's cool I did a search and entered brew and beer and didn't pull anything up so I decided to write a thread about it sorry if I offended anyone. So what kind of Point varaties do you have in Wisconsin. Home brew or Micro breweries (which are the best in my opinion).

Mainly I drink Point Special which is just a simple lager. It is the cheapest w/ a case of bottles (24) only $12, and you can return the bottles for cash. They also have a really good amber and bach. They have a few other flavors, some seasonal. They have a white beer that I have yet to try, but seems really interesting.

Wow, that's really cheap for a case of beer. Sounds like a great brew for a good bargain.

i have to say i fell in love with beer all over again after spending 2 weeks in Seattle.

Seattle is where I've tasted some of the best beer of my life. While I was there I had mirror pond ale, Mongoose IPA, Black Beaute and a couple of others from the Dechute's brewery, and also RedHook. Every night I was there vacationing I picked up a couple of different 6 packs to try something different and never found anything I didn't like.

Guiness, Moose Drool (micro), Fat Tire, Ichiban, and Black Widow (micro).

Stone Brews - Good local beer, distributed here in LA county as well as San Diego.
I also like Anchor, Guinness, the "Black Seal" black beer and "Long Board" brown beer at Rock Bottom in Long Beach, and I guess Pillsner Urquell.
