anyone? I saw the Sheriff chilling up there, still can't find the way.

3 dog sends you on a quest in downtown D.C., and that's really it. The only purpose, I think, is to get you to go to downtown D.C. so you can see what they've done to it.
If you want a certain achievement though, you'll have to go to the radio station. One of the huge-ass mutants is outside.
And when you're done...speak into the intercom. Fuck I couldn't figure out how to get inside for like, 10 hours.
I finally wrapped it up and finished the main quest and rolled in at 78 hours or so and I didn't come close to visiting everything or doing everything or even getting 75% of the achievements in the game. It's just huge.
Started a second playthrough as an evil female melee-focused character. Being evil is so much more fun (and profitable). I'm not a genocidal maniac, though. I don't kill everyone I see, I'm more of a mercenary/sociopath.
I tried to exploit the bug that lets you hire Jericho and Clover at the same time and it didn't work. I may fire Jericho and pick up Clover instead; she sounds a lot more entertaining.
Can followers take radiation damage? I tried to explore that irradiated crater near Pennsylvania Avenue and when I came out of the sewer, Jericho was dead.
I did this EXACT same thing a couple days ago. It is a lot of fun, and melee is something I pretty much ignored my first time, but it's quite effective I find.
Do human followers die in combat? Dogmeat ended up dying pretty quick after I met him (worthless dog), but I never had another follower besides Fawkes. And he NEVER seems to take the SLIGHTEST bit of damage. Hell, I attempted to kill him myself several times and it didn't work, and then I finally did it with 3 baby nukes and 7 goddamn missiles (and my missile launcher is at 100% repair). Are the human people as resilient?
I love the fact that they have limitless ammo.
I love that they double your carrying capacity.
Grim Reaper's Sprint. Refills your AP to maximum each time you kill someone in VATS. Best perk in the game.
Default weapons only, but yeah, it's a good thing.Quote:

I have the Power Fist, too, but haven't used it much, on account of the Shishkebab being so effective.
I love NPC usually get the focus of the mutants/monsters so you are free to whack away with a sword/knife.
Ooooooh yeeah, i remember that perk now.
i haven't played this game for a couple weeks now, what with all the moving and shit i just did and work has been a bitch lately. i have like no time for games right now  it's not fair damn it!
