The feral ghouls aren't mentally different, they're just untamed. They're still human in the same sense any hostile primitive tribe is.
I was under the impression that their brains had decayed.
Resident Evil 5 taught us that Africans are zombies too, so we've come full circle. Ghouls = Africans = ZombiesQuote:

God, even after watching a walkthrough I cannot find all the steel ignots. I fail.
I've got like 70, I do not expect to get many more.
It can be a bit of a pain if you picked some up before you decided to hunt them all down. That happened to me with a few, but I managed to find them all.
Is the ingot part of expansion?
Yeah, it's sort of a side-job in The Pitt. The more steel ingots you pick up in the steelyard, the more rare gear you can get for them.Quote:
