I just mention that it exists, with a guarantee that it's just as good as the new one. Box, instructions, disk in good shape. The point is that it's their decision and I'm not responsible for it. I don't "sell" the product, I just point it out. It seems to work out well enough in terms of store numbers that nobody's complained about it yet, and I don't feel like I'm pushing an inferior product. If they're happy with it, I'm happy with it.
