I don't know how you play but this game takes alot of fucking strategey.

This game is hot. Definite buy for me.

And I aggree, Ruby/Sapphire was a big step down from Gold and Silver. No internal clock? No moving characters from Crystal? Why?

maybe when battling other humans, but the games themselves are horribly easy. i would kill for a massively multiplayer pokemon game.

LOL. People lamenting the fact that Nintendo wont change their Pokemon formula for an MMO or a SRPG.

If it was any company but Nintendo peddling this, I would say there's a hope of it happening. But there's not.

Of course, Im sure there's plenty of Nintendo supporters who are gonna come into this thread and call this Nintendo bashing and say Nintendo is following the right strategy because MMOs and SRPGs dont make any money and they shouldnt just cater to a niche audience when tons of people are buying these games as is.

Pokemon definitely needs to evolve and step up instead of being overly simplified... I'll let red/blue slide because of system limitations, and gold/silver is an amazing sequel, but damn Nintendo, ruby/sapphire is like a half-assed step forward and ten steps back.

I guess that's just Nintendo being Nintendo nowadays =/

Yeah I know, there is strat involved.
I guess Ifn it doesnt involve some kind of enemy placement as in FFtactics or Front Mission, it feels like there is something missing.

Hah, getting into stall wars and prediction wars and switch wars is insane. I've had battles where they laste very long from stalling and switching.

I guess you have rto really play the game to know how hard it is.
