Samurai Shodown V Special Homecart CENSORED

Split your opponent in half? No. Decapitation? Uh-uh. Ralf501 played it with the Japanese language on and that didn't mean a damn thing- still no true fatalities.
Apparently a Japanese arcade had some complaints, so the home version is locked onto the Violence 1 setting with watered-down overkills/zetsumei ougi. Hanzo's deathmove in the arcade version is particularly sweet, with bone-breaking depictions similar to Namco's Death by Degrees.
You can not boot the homecart in the debug BIOS' MVS mode, or you'll have the game lock up with a red copyright screen. You may go to MVS mode once you have started a game, but you still haven't beat the lockout. If the cart tries to read MVS Soft Dip settings, BAM- lock up.
Ben Herman said he's not sure if they will be in the US ports, citing worldwide concerns due to issues in Iraq (yeah right). Abster on neo-geo.com got this reply from him:

Why, SNKPlaymore? :icepick: Please don't censor the other consoles' versions like this. Go for the complete original, even if you gotta take the M rating.
