That is a good thing, and Capcom did that well because it blends in with the previous rounds music at just the right time.

Good question - it's like every stick on the retail market has that goofy square shit.

Personally, I prefer a square gate...hitting corners is much tighter to me...Sanwas work fine with square gates, but if you must get an octagonal, then simply buy a stick with a real sanwa, buy the octagonal gate, and snap it on...it's as simple as that...

But that ain't gonna make things that much easier...in fact for me it makes things harder...or you can get a U.S. Mas stick with a p360 in it if you want, but once again, good old square competitions work fine.

I had an octagonal on my modded namco and took that crap off and the stick works much smoother for tiger knee'd moves and what not...

Is it me, or are the replays screwed up? The last two I've looked at would stop at a certain point, the characters would just stand there and look at each other. Anyone else having trouble with the replay?

Apparently, there's quite a few people having trouble with the replay.

Gonna try out the nuby controller in a few, impressions soon, I guess.

I got it from blockbuster last night. The pad is very light, and reminds me a lot of the saturn pad, which is a good thing. Controls were very responsive, and the D-Pad is tremendously better than the PS2's.
