Some of us have friends we enjoy talking to on XBL. Ok, now I know this will take a huge intuitive leap on your part, but bear with me... We will be playing this with our friends! If you can wrap your head around that, maybe you could see where the appeal lies.Quote:

Please leave...You're making me hate videogames again. Just the other day I thought of you two depressing life-sucking haters of all forms of entertainment and kicked my Xbox out the window.
It's alright cause Yoshi...the PS2 is better....right?
The main reason people dig DoA is it's the most accessible 3D fighting game. Flashy, good looking characters combined with a flashy yet still technical enough to get by fighting system. VF4 Evo may be an excellent game(And one of my favorites) but it would be a disaster online since it would combine the all too finicky and chaotic internet group with a fighting game that has a very steep learning curve. In less than a day we'd hear everything from death threats to actual deaths over a simple match.
At least DoA:U is harmless entertainment. Pretty much anyone can look good fighting in a match making it the perfect fighting game for parties and thus..8 player Virtual Arcade matches(Sheer brilliance..anything beats the archaic 2 player games)
BUT NO
Actually the real reason I support DoA:U is because I will never ever have to deal with the idea of MarkRyan or Yoshi joining a match. Of course they'll join anyway and tell me I bought a game for teh titties and the 45% damage counters.
Screw Microsoft, EA, and Sony..I hope Tecmo buys up every videogame company around so that way Yoshi and MarkRyan are forced to give up videogames forever....y'know if they ever really played them in the first place.
I love this smiley though. :bang:
Please use it more often aight? :bang: :bang: :bang:
How about Lisa?Quote:

What the blue hell do you base that on? Because it's not as accessible?

Again, WTF? He owes me money. One of his greatest announcements was "this camera is perfect. More games will start to use it. No need for user-adjustment because it's so great."
Give me my money back ;p

But you ARE. You keep saying that people buy it because it's accessible, and nothing screams accessible like sex appeal and over-powered maneuvers. Nothing wrong with that though.
You people who bitch about camera adjustment, I hope you don't like VOOT. If you didn't have twin sticks, you had to constently redo the camera. The only bad camera in a game is one that you can not ajust in anyway and constently sticks itself in objects blocking your veiw
Oooh, a Marvel jab. There are more balanced, playable characters in MvC2--and a ton more team combinations--than DoA. Your jab has zero sting.Quote:
