Wait, diff, so you are saying that all those years in the senate are nothing? Its also not like they had a better option. I liked Dean before I realized he was insain, but nobody else could carry the ticket any better for the democrats.

His years in the senate were unremarkable and mediocre. I agree that is how you can describe most senators but most senators dont become President... and, again, with good reason.

And, well, it actually kinda makes me sad that they couldnt get a better guy than Kerry. It really does. Surely there has to be a Democrat who is better than this guy. And no, Im not gonna say like Zell Miller or something. =X

Who were they going to pick? The whole party has marginalized itself to the point that the few moderates left in high ranking positions, like Lieberman, will never garner any support for the candidacy.

Who gives a shit, last I checked, Kerry didn't dick up the country beyond belief for the past 4 years either :P So he should get his chance now.

I have hopes for that Ubama guy from IL. His speach at the DNC was awesome and I hoping his senate seat goes well.

Ubama is just their 'next black guy.' Seriously he's going to be as useless as everyone else in the end.
