It completely true. I took a college class on Crime and Delinquency (one of my fave college classes, actually) and learned all about how much it costs to enact the death penalty. I forget most of the details... but its true. It costs millions of dollars to legally kill someone.

Amazing how this is on the front page of CNN in bold letters "XBOX". If this were over a stolen car or refrigerator, it wouldn't gather half the publicity. :P
