So the defendant in this case was not properly served and the woman's claim against him for the child support was ruled in her favor. He appealed late, probably because he didn't know what to do, and was denied. However, a month or so ago the court reversed the decision because he got a lawyer and whatnot. As long as this reversal remains published, that means it can be cited in future cases where a woman falsely claims some random guy as the father of her child to receive child support.
Shouldn't that be considered fraud? Like, claiming someone who clearly isn't the father as the father just to get child support?
