Sounds pretty cool. Wonder if they're gonna make it more like the newer games...Quote:

Haven't they been remaking this game every year for ten years anyway?
I'm not a big KoF player, but every version I have ever played felt exactly the same.
You would have noticed a pretty decent change in gameplay when comparing 94 to 96. Neo Geo graphics aside, the gameplay in the series hasn't been a constant.
I'm curious about how this'll turn out.
Trust me, they do have differences, and since I know you're not a KOF guy, I'm not surprised you don't see them. How many of them have you played, anyways?Quote:

Its too bad this remake won't look like a Remake. Unless SNK is taking this opportunity to be bold, but thats a fat chance.
I really hope they keep the original sound effects and voices. Those deep, bassy thuds sound so much better than the pencil-snapping hit sounds the new games use. And I really hope they drop the nigh impossible super move inputs.
Yeah seriously, what DO they mean by remake? Like... give it new box art? :P
I remember when this was first rumoured and seeing an updated Athena sprite. Can't recall where I saw it, though.
Rumors on SNK's own Japanese website is that the whole game will be high resolution.
I thought '94 was the best in the series
