She definately should've got heavier sentancing, it was a completely brainless move. The car only got to 127 which isn't even that hot for the inside of a car, I read a newspaper article where they cooked food inside of a car that reached 170 degrees in the summer heat in Pennsylvania! I've sat inside a car in the sun for awhile and it gets pretty damn hot, I can see how a child would die. Probation is dumb and it makes other people stupidier.
