I'm working on a new feature for my site that has the song for DL and the lyrics so you can follow along. So far I have lyrics for:
- Lunar
- Popful Mail
- Sonic CD
Aside from Lunar 2, what other games had tunes that were actually sung? Also, I can't remember if Lucia's theme was in the Sega CD game (been a while). Was it?
Double Switch, Digital Pictures' triumphant masterpeice of sights and sound had a song in it called "Tunnel Vision".

The Power Rangers game might have some sort of theme song.

I mentioned that game on my site about 2 weeks ago. It really seems like a decent version of Chu Chu and I really can't wait to play it. I hope to have an interview with the owner of Good Deal Games up pretty soon and I asked him about it and their other releases.

Final Fight CD didn't have any singing, but in one of the stages you'll hear some lame James Brown soundalike in the background.. WAAAAOOO...OOOOHHHH.. YEEEAAAAA ... ugh..

Were SegaCD soundtracks typically redbook? I can pick up some of my SegaCD games tonight and see about ripping the music. Also, I think I have the US SonicCD actual soundtrack as well. It's definitely "bring on the big guns", and it's a great song to listen to, makes me want to play a Spidey game every time I hear it. If Spidey 2 has custom soundtracks, I'll get it at some point just to do that.

The song only pops up twice I think, you can't hear it in its entirety the first time because you have to trap a guy in the basement in the middle of it, then the fuses blow. The second time it comes up you have to trap some one in the same room, which explains the stupid sound effects in the middle of the clip.Quote:

Funny, the score to DS was done by Thomas "She Blinded Me with Science" Dolby.
Mortal Kombat for the Sega CD, had that techno song from the movie, in Red Book audio. You could just place the Sega CD in a normal CD player to hear that broken record of a song... Mortal Kombat!!!
Somebody, for the love of god, get us the Road Avenger song. I couldn't find my copy of the game yesterday, but now I know I couldn't have easily gotten it off of there anyhow.
Also, Melf, if you want them, I can get you the full length Sonic CD opening and closing songs. And isn't there another song from Lunar 2? A song with the chorus, "Blue star above me?"
