If it does come out with the GH packing (or any other cover art) I'll pick up a third copy.

Who gives a fuck about the packaging? On topic, now I can finally pick this game up and see what all the fuss is about!Quote:

Finally, Rez gets released closer to a price its gameplay can justify.
is just funny. No two ways around it, as great as the game is there's no way on earth it earned the red stripe of the Greatest Hits line.Quote:
If it has Greatest Hits packaging, that would be good for a false advertising suit.

Well, if VF 4 Evo can get it, despite never being released outside of being a GH in the U.S., then it isn't outside the realm of plausibility for Rez to get it.
True. But when the second comment follows up his first it just comes off as trolling to me.Quote:

It wouldn't shock me if Sony went ahead and put is on there anyway.
My thoughts exactly. Had I found this during the $5 Circuit City clearance, it would have been mine. The CC in my hometown had a copy for years at $50, and after having played the Dreamcast version, I have absolutely no interest in paying more than $15-$20 for the game. I mean, it's fun, but I don't see what was so incredibly engaging and mindblowing about it. It looks nice, yeah.Quote:

And yeah, seriously, heh. My PS1 collection is still all original games, but that's more because when I find both used, I'll take the black packaging. I agree that the neon green and red was hideous, but the game inside is still more important, and when it's $10, I don't really care what it comes in.Quote:

Which reminds me, I need to pick up a bunch of PS2 GH titles when I have the cash. Unfortunately, by the time November rolls around, I doubt I'll be able to pick this up, because I'm doubting I'll be able to even afford both MGS3 and Halo 2 that month.
