I didn't know about her blood on Kobe's shirt so you got me there but the whole thing seemed futile. They were talking about how her case wasn't going to work and how she had mental problems and whatnot before I even joined the Marines. I didn't know the whole thing with the case but I do know what the media was saying for the most part. I'm not really defending here but I don't think Kobe raped her, just wouldn't make sense with somebody who could've just hired an expensive hooker would've raped a chick because "she didn't want to have sex with him." He's a low-down sleeze-ball for cheating on his wife but not a rapist (in my opinion anyhow).

I'm pretty sure I remember reading that Baden was going to refute even that to corroborate Kobe's defense further. If not, that's a good point. Winnable, but how winnable with the rest of the evidence?

i think maybe she had some bad lawyers because...her BLOOD WAS ON HIS SHIRT theres only so many ways you could write that off.
