The Vikings will need all these guys back to 100% and any improvement from their crappy LBs to make the playoffs this year.

The thing with the NFL is that every good team has depth, so the fact that they didn't have their best players isn't much of an excuse. Wasn't the score 21-3 at one point? NE would have lost with their best players out there that day because Pittsburgh wanted it more that day.

They lost to a team that plays smash mouth and rugged, just like they do. Indy can't beat them because they don't. On any given week I'd pick Indy over them because at their best, they're going to win. But they try to finesse it up with "the best defense is a good offense".

I think that Corey Dillon would have been a deciding factor, but even with him, we made too many mistakes and turnovers and deserved to lose. Simple as that

Yeah, I know it would practically be a miracle, but I like picking the underdog. And for some reason I actually like the Bengals. I don't really think the Cowboys have much of a chance either, but I'm picking them both anyway.

i like the bengals too, i suppose they're a team i'm just getting tired of seeing down in the dumps, its been a fricken decade already, time for a reversal. it seems that some teams just perpetually have losing records.

Our D is playing like the Steel curtain reborn - out to hurt boys. People can talk up the eagles and NE all they want, we owned them dudes easily. Now that we got a quarterback that doesnt fuck up every couple of plays (cough*kordel stuwart*cough) we got it made. Even our '95 superbowl team was nowhere near as good as this team. Troy Polamalu is my mutherfukin man.

Hey i can come back with our injuries too. We were missing a solid 3 or 4 starting defensive backs/ linebackers that day, and theyve been out ever since too. We had old as dirt CBs (willie williams) and rookies (russel stuvaints) step up that day. Someone goes down, we got dudes stepping up. You cant go back on injuries, cause we had them too.
