You guys knocking Vick are just crazy. Do you not notice how he makes the D spread to the edges every damn time, opening up the middle for their running game?

His numbers from yesterday look just fine to me - the O scored 5 TDs, 2 thrown by him, he had a great completion %, no picks, the yards would have been higher if he'd had to throw more, and 119 yards rushing on top of all that.

Yeah, St. Louis sucks and had no business being in the playoffs (if there's any coach in the NFL coasting on reputation, I think it's Holmgren - how do you get beat by these chumps at home?) and yeah, maybe we'll see how good Vick really is against somebody who can take away the run, but to say he's no good or overrated is ridiuclous at this point. Some people just seem to have trouble wrapping their head around the fact that he's reinvented his position and can't be judged by the same criteria as other QBs.

Dominating would be 41-0, not 21-7.

Do the records actually matter? This is the playoffs. You don't look back at your record. You made it this far, and all you got to do is look forward.

I agree. He gets shit done, which is all you can really ask for.

Manning vs. Vick aka white-as-paste farmbred whiteboy vs. flashy New-Age black guy in the Super Bowl would be great.

Bob Ryan picked the colts. 5 of the 6 guys at espn.com picked the colts. They are only 2 point underdogs to a team that already beat them this season and have won 2 of the last 3 superbowls and haven't lost at home in almost 30 games. Are people forgetting how decimated the Pats secondary was for the superbowl last year, yet they still won?

Given 2 weeks to prepare for this game and the fact that they are the healthiest they've been all year, I don't see how the Pats offense doesn't score at will on the Colts shitty D.
