Aw...I had a big post here and it disappeared.
In short: Big XII is the best, Cal had a poor showing because in college, it's more about the personnel than the schemes and they were short handed, USC will beat OU, and Arizona State is the 4th best PAC-10 team because Oregon State is better.
The SEC is the best. The Big Ten and Big XII are about the same (And 1-1 against each other). The Pac 10 is fourth, and the ACC and Big East aren't worth mentioning.Quote:

They took strength of schedule out of the BCS formula this year because of the problems last year, could this have been a reason why Auburn got screwed? After all, they did beat the likes of Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and LSU. Theres no reason why they should've been ranked #3. The only reason they were was the preseason polls.
But this proves that the BCS does not work. We need a real, workable system in place.
You hit the nail on the head. Preseason polls are the real problem. If you aren't in the preseason top 5, you can't win the national title, which is fucking stupid.Quote:

Oklahoma is a great team. It takes a great team to go 12-0 in the Big 12. That said, is there any doubt about who is the top dog in football after this game? I would love to see Auburn play USC, but even now, after this game, I dont doubt who would win. And I remember that USC struggled against Virginia Tech too. USC is just that fucking good, and Ive been saying it for a while now (and it pains me to admit it).
You really should stop talking about football. The amount of times you've been proven wrong or ridiculous is getting embarrassing.Quote:
