They're definitely going after users of bit torrent. I'm not that worried about it. From what I've gathered from a couple of other places, it's more than likely just a warning. Any future complaints and I lose my internet service. I'm just wondering if that's the general consesus.
I don't use P2P for anything. You never know when Dewey, Cheatem, & Howe are going to strike- even if you're not guilty of anything, the accusation can potentially put you through so much hell.
Skeletor- if anything is on that site, get it off of there pronto and hope they don't do anything more.

BayTSP was founded by a former computer hacker, Mark Ishikawa- who has been widely reviled by more than a few. On the other hand, Mr. Ishikawa has been helping keep tabs on Bin Laden. He says the FBI thinks terrorists are sharing information by hiding it in images posted on eBay using a process called steganography.
I'll keep playing the odds and using P2P and BT. Chances that they'll come after me are slim.
If I can dodge jury duty by not showing up 3 times, I can dodge the RIAA/Etc.
I'd avoid BT definately, and especially the SIMs by the sound of it.
Just dont download anything stupid. I mean, of course they are going to go after people sharing games when a huge game has just been released. Same thing with movies. But with BT and music they can get you only for 1 album. It really isnt worth it to go after somebody sharing like 15 songs. So keep downloading away people...
And yeah, it is pretty much just a warning, but like I said, EA are being nazis about it so Id be careful.

I've heard of the RIAA actually suing people but I don't recall if the ESA has has ever done that.
