Yeah, 5 letters. So incredibly similar...Quote:

Or better yet, how about giving Americans both Kururuins or all three Stafis on a single cart? :)Quote:

Anyway...Why don't they make an advance wars game where a ground and air unit could occupy the same space?
Or they could have a more advanced movement scheme...like you could tell a unit to go somewhere, but when you're passing by, you could fire at a target...you would lose some accuracy that way, but still...it would RULE!
Like you could take your bomber across the map while unloading bombs on spaces along the way.
Another thing I always hated was that you couldn't use allied cities and/or APCs to refuel and replenish...
I hope there's more to this version than what we're seeing early on. What's up with the satellite thing?

That would be Nintendo adding too much to a sequel, and it just isn't allowed.Quote:

What are you talking about? APCs could replenish fuel and ammo to all units in adjacent spaces, and cities replenished fuel, ammo, and 2 HP to any ground unit sitting on it at the beginning of a turn.Quote:

The neccessity to refuel more often at a specific location is a trade-off for the large movement ability and power they offer.

In terms of units I'd agree, but the reworked campaign setup, tons of new COs, double CO powers, tons of new war room scenarios and all the versus options kept me happy none the less. Advance Wars 1 was close to perfection anyway, it's a tough act to follow. :)Quote:

True, but more new units wouldn't hurt.Quote:
