Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines

This game has an incredible soundtrack, BTW. I'ma play it again as a Malkavian.

Just turn the game off when it tells you to go through the sewers.

The unofficial patch adds some additional content planned for the original release, like character archetypes within each clan that modify your starting point allocations, and merits and flaws. It also restores some missing content (some stuff in the Giovanni mansion, I think) and fixes some bugs.

Bloodlines is a great, great game. Excellent interpretation of Vampire: the Masquerade, and the closest game you'll find to Deus Ex.
