Florida - 33% in, Bush up by 13 points (Miami-Dade and Palm Beach didnt report in yet)
Ohio - 3% in, Kerry up by 2
Pennsylvania - 1% in, Kerry up by 36 (one of the precints was Philadelphia)
Also, they got Bush winning North Carolina (Edwards' home). I dont know how much that means in the grand scheme of things, but I do know if Al Gore won his home state in 2000 he would be President now.
I'm gonna be all mainstream a moment and say really this election won't be called until everyone has been counted. As it SHOULD be.

I would definitely say that networks are afraid of calling the race too early this year. If this was 2000 or 1996 they wouldve called Ohio, PA, and FL by now.
Here's the problem with that Diffx, people are sheep. Not everyone is a free thinker like yourself. They wanna feel good about themselves and their vote, so they see that "X Wins" and say to themselves, "well sir i wanna be on the winning team!" and go out and vote for X. Earily votes become disproportionately powerful and elections would be unduelly influcenced by people not voting their interests, conscience or issues but cause they think its good to be on the winning team.In close races this could be a major issue when states are decided by less than a percentage.

I agree, just saying how things were compared to how they are now. I think its a good thing, myself, calling a race after 1% or 2% report is ridiculous.

As of now looks like Bush has it in Florida and Ohio but these are subject to change, a lot of PA has come from the Philadelphia area and is completely inconclusive at this point. It's gonna be close.
