Official TNL Halo 2 Clan Thread

It's weird to think, as you're playing in a match, that everything you're doing, every turn you make and weapon you pick up is being monitored for statistics, I almost freaked out.

Nah, it wasn't that at all, it was just really funny (if you were there).

We played with Brad and it was great. It's just that Cow had already played a few matches and knew just what to do, and we just wanted the sheer body count that only a mog could bring.

Warcraft 3 has done this for years.

The entire Bungie.net system, from matchmaking to stat tracking to ladder ranking, is all ripped from Battle.net. The only original thing they've done is the map that shows where everything happened, which is badass.

Chux needs to be in all the clan matches. He's the designated shit talker.

It's the psychology of the game. I belittle them to the point where they've lost the match before it's even started.

Chux is the only one that knows there's an E-Brake on the Warthog now.

F'n right. Powersliding across the beach to get our runner to the base on Zanzibar is second to none.

I thought that once the cursor went red over a vehicle, that the rocket would automatically track it ( like in the E3 demo ) for the whole first day and a half, then last night, I realised that it doesnt do shit unless you hold down R for a couple seconds after it's red.

EDIT: For all the people that want to take this clan shit seriously, I strongly suggest that you go to bungie.net's Gameviewer. Down the bottom they have all the different angles and different parts of the levels, learn the names of the parts of the levels, so we all know what the heck everyone is talking about. For example, the ridge on the sunny part of the map in Blood Gulch is called "Sunny Side Ridge" or "Sunny Ridge".

So can I get in on the clan?
