The ideal team involves both Chux and Opaque - Opaque to lay down ownage and Chux to lay down the verbal abuse after said ownage has been laid.

So seriously, MLG is only a set of rules..it doesn't make the grenades more powerful? I swear they were doing more damage in in the MLG games than your typical matchmade ones.
Here are the lists of changes that make a normal slayer game an MLG one:
1. Starting weapon is BR instead of SMG
2. No radar
3. Hour time limit
Those are the only changes, and we usually don't play with the third one. Weapons are map defult, and there isn't even an option to make grenades more powerful.

We had some fun games earlier. My trend tonite was to be behind by at least 7 kills until we hit 40 kills, and then I would somehow come back and win.

Good games. I was having some mic problems. BrAnDX105, you came back every time on me! I would get to 45 then not see anyone for the longest time. Everyone was evenly matched, and i had no answer for Mr. Gosh's dual wielding. Funniest kill is when somebody blew up a stationary warthog, it flipped into the air and landed on Milo's head.

When I played Rainbow Six 3, I was very good with the sensitiviy set as high as it could go. Of course, that game is essentially one hit, one kill, so keeping your reticle on a player after firing wasn't very important.
In Halo 2, I've had to bring it down to a 6. The extra precision is useful, but I sometimes get frustrated that I can't turn as fast as I'd like.
I use a sensitivity of 4. Any higher makes it too hard for precision aiming.
Thats really cool they are removing the plasma pistol/BR combo. I never used that cheap bs. Its pretty awesome how bungie is listening more and more to the fans. Alot of these changes were most of the things they complained about in that Halo2 sucks fan video. The game really does feel alot like Halo1 now.

I think it's time I lowered my 8. I'll try 6 the next time I play.
I use one higher than whatever default is. I can aim perfectly with sniper and BR and in close I win more than half the battles.
I did a LOT better today, but lost more team slayer matches than I won because people I didn't know kept dropping. I fought 1v3 3 times, and almost won one of them. Still I increased in rank, and almost every game I lost I led my team, and most of the games I won too.
BEST KILL OF THE DAY: Ascension, team slayer. I spawn on the overshield bridge and run across to the Banshee, which I immediately jump in and fly to the rockets, but someone's already there. I let some shots go and boost at him as he picks up the rockets. As he turns to shoot me, I bounce the banshee off of the gravbounce thing, and jump out meaning to land on the platform. I realize I'm not going to make it, so I toss a nade and kill the bitch. It was beautiful.
Also I always feel great when: I beat down sword guys to their faces..and when I kill snipers with the BR to their faces.
LOL I play with my sensitivity on 2. I'm a lousy shot if its any higher. It makes close combat a bitch though.
Played a bit today.
some problems:
1) Who the fuck plays with force even teams? I'd rather have a one sided battle than have to sit out for 2 minutes and lose your rhythm.
2) Random weapons are fucking gay
3) Fucking lag meant all I was good for was sniping, and only against people who hadn't seen me first.
4) Nomi should shut up about how shit her team is.
I wanted to switch teams but didn't know how.
couldn't switch because either force even teams doesn't let you or they had switching teams off.

I tried playing on Sensitiviy 7 and up for a couple matches this morning and it was unbearable. I can't focus or aim with that much vibe. Sniping with 3 is bliss though.
