Also, this game started with me getting a killtacular by firing the wraith shots towards the far wall you run up to get rockets. Shortly after the rest of my team killed them all a few more times they all quit. It was awesome.

Before this game the kids on the other team said there was no way I was as good as a 37, and that they were going to rape me. Then I went 38 and 3.
After the game they told me I sucked for a 37 becuase my team only scored once, even though we won.

My laptop doesn't have enough RAM to record and edit a montage. The video comes out being very choppy when recorded, and editing it to match music is almost impossible.
I'm planning on getting more RAM, a lot more. Once I do I'll be recording again like crazy, and a new montage will come about eventually. Seriously, it will be ten times better than the first; I'm almost ashamed by my first one I'm so much better now.

Normally we wouldn't do shit like that, but we played the kids in the game before on Warlock and they called us modders. We had to rape them on an old map to prove we weren't.
More good news, we beat modders and you can see the proof right here.
Basically the modder took the ball to an area that you can't visually see from any of the high places people know how to get too and tried to hold it there while the rest of his team did nothing. But we all started throwing grenades at him and he jumped high into the air where I sniped him and we got the ball and held it for about a minute 30 before he killed it and took it again to the top of the building. This time we actually killed him up there with about 20 seconds left untill he would have won, but the bomb was stuck up there. We threw more grenades knocking it off into the street then we held it inside the room by the sniper spawn till we won.
Fuck modders, we're better than them anyway.
I was screwing around yesterday and played rumble preview on the level with the train. I looked at the players list and noticed a few higher ranks than me and a guy that was a level 37. I got to the wraith and just friggin raped people. I lost by 1 kill to the guy with 37. When the game went back to the lobby the 37 guy bitched and bitched how cheapass I was. Didnt even give me a chance to say anything and he left. Waaaaaa Waaaaaaaa. Its not like the train level is even hard to avoid the Wraith or attack it.Quote:

I was playing last night, and out of nowhere I run into some drunk aussies in team training. After the match, I joined their party, only to learn that one of them lives in the same suburb as me!
I was doing pretty well, but I couldn't use a sniper rifle for shit all night. I played the worst game mode ever too, rumble showers or something, where the starting weapon is the sentinel beam and theres no weapons on the map.

Generally, the calibre of people I've been playing against has been really great, resulting in games like this. My shakey connection has been fucking me up a little, but on the whole I've been playing ok with occasional shit spouts.

The times when I do bad are against the top guys out there, so I still can't really say I did bad, just that I didn't do better than other 38+ guys.

I played on collossus and went 12-4 and some kid told me a sucked when he went 12-13.
These kids are somewhat annoying; they seem to think that a 38 should go like 30-5 every game they play, but a lot of that depends on my teammates. In this sniper game for example, I was playing the cautious waiting game, just like I would in a ranked game. It pays off in positive kill death ratios, most times kids who just blindly rush into bases end up with more kills... and more deaths.
Being good isn't about having a lot of kills, it's about having a positive ratio.
Ure so dead was a fucking modder. I stayed in the game to mock him, along with the other team.

After this game one of the kids on the other team told us we played to much. We checked his games played, and he has over 100 pages more than me, which is 2,500 more games played.

At the lan last night we played this awesome game mode where its plasma pistols only, no shields, extra damage, on lockout. every one agrees to meet at either the grav lift or the center square and fight only using beatdowns. We called it "Hooksy", after an Australian cricket player who was tragically killed from being kinghit by a bouncer.
I went 13-7 (one death because I was betrayed, so that doesn't count towards my positive score) and my team lost a snipers game on ascession. Now I could have cared less, I'm there to do good myself, and wether or not my team with a 22 and a 24 (who betray me and eachother) does well is something I'm not concerned with. But as soon as the game ends some kid on the other team just starts going off about how much I suck and so on and so forth before I even said a word; and really I was going to leave the room without ever speaking.
Now maybe I'm missing something, but if you go seven positive in any game didn't you do good? Wouldn't you have to be giving up score to the other team to be doing bad?
I will never understand these kids that haveto talk shit for no apparant reason.

I just can't belive how these kids get off on being pricks after the game ends. One of my bad games had someone tell me "I suck, don't play halo!" Well fuck that noise, I OWNED the next game and they still kept whining. :rolleyes:
If I'm not playing with anyone I know, I dont even bother putting the headset on anymore.
I've made it a new thing that I mute everyone that cheat's or annoys me in pre or post game lobbies.
That way if I ever end up in a room with them or get matched up with them again I know they're either cheaters or annoying.
It's getting to the point that I only pop this in four an hour or so a day. But damn, every game I've played lately I seem to get more than 15 kills with less that 5 deaths.
It's becoming a serious trend.

No we're not doing snipers, it's too easy for you to get that one kill if we use snipers. We're playing normal rules on one of the normal small maps; so that means Lockout, Midship, Turf, Warlock or Elongation. You can choose.Quote:

Bridging is a new kind of cheating where you force a host on someone on your team then they use their computer to force boot people from the other team. they do this by blocking certain IPs from connecting to their sysems, which causes you to lag out.
Guess this explains why I was being told I'm host and then was left with myself and some other guy who was just barely 2 points ahead before he quit.

I've all but stopped caring about playing ranked games because of all the cheating. But between Team Training, Team Snipers, Multi Team and Custom games there's more than enough stuff to do for me to still love the game.
