Voted Kerry, Morrison, and independants, no democrats or republicans otherwise. I checked out republican literature but how could I vote for someone who considers their opinions closest to Scalia, all of the repubs in my district listed him as the justice they agreed with the most.

Ah well at least I gave them a chance.

What sucks is that I can't convince my girlfriend to vote no on any of them. :(

Voted today...Broad St past City Hall has been a bitch for the past two days... Hundreds of Kerry Supporterds standing in the middle of the street with their Kerry signs, cars honking 24/7, fucking annoying. Trying to finish up projects with these idiots honking every fucking second was a pain. Then you had the asshole Kerry supporters who harrassed folks when they found out that they were gonna vote for Bush...

with that said, I voted for Kerry.

The way I understand it is all felony drug convictions fall under the three-strike law. So if you're caught with a little crack twice, then steal some bread, you'd be sentenced to life in prison. If it works like that, that's pretty fucked up and needs to be changed.

Why does it matter in what order they happen? If you steal bread then get caught with crack twice, they should just shoot you to save the rest of us money.

I agree. But they can change it by just removing felony drug convictions from the three-strike list. But Prop 66 doesnt do that. If Prop 66 passes, youll still go to life in prison if you get caught with a little crack three times.
